Roles and Responsibilities
- Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, listening skills.
- Should be comfortable working in outbound voice process (Sales).
- When within scope and area of knowledge, provide pre and post-sales assistance for all applicable products
- Self-starter who can meet deadlines and enjoys working in a competitive inside sales
environment - Highly motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Feels comfortable contacting clients via phone, chat or email
- Knowledge of MS Office and use of voicemail and electronic mail systems
- Familiarity with online advertising products and social media
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum Qualification – Graduate
- 12 – 36 months experience (Sales/ digital marketing work experience) – Mandatory
- 5 day working, rotational weekly offs
- Excellent verbal communication (English).
- Should be within Transport Boundary.
- Immediate joining required
