Responsibilities
- Responsible for analyzing sales data
- Ability and experience in providing the requester with regular and frequent accurate management information and reports from Salesforce
- Leading user training for Salesforce
- Learning new systems quickly and grasping how to configure reports, workflows, dashboards, objects etc.
- Maintaining high standards of accuracy and precision; numerically articulate
- Executing day-to-day configuration and supporting Salesforce platform
- Responsible for the communication, coordination and allocation of all inquiries received externally from clients (lead creation and lead distribution)
- Monitoring and maintaining quality and accurate sales data within Salesforce
- Monitoring and ensuring strict compliance and governance on all salesforce related data entry and reporting in line with Salesforce SOP’s and process
- Keeping Salesforce process, operating manual and SOP up to date.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Advance knowledge in MS Office Package – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge in Adobe Acrobat Salesforce CRM
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in using Salesforce
- Must have 1-2 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator
- Minimum 1-2 Years of experience in coordinating with business units
