Roles and Responsibilities Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis, operating telephonic equipment , automatic dialling systems and other telecommunication technologies. Documents transaction by completing forms and record logs.

Required Skills :-

  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Basic Computer Knowledge
  • Qualification:- 10+2( with minimum 6 months of experience in BPO)

Shift Timing:- Between 6am to 11 pm (9hrs- Female)

Between 6 am to 1 am (9hrs – Male)

Job Location: Pune India
