Job Overview (Shoppers Stop Off Campus Drive):
- Take understanding of infrastructure applications such as Active Directory, DNS server, DHCP servers, NTP server, file server, print server, database
- Take understanding of LAN, WAN, and wireless technologies such as Switching, routing concepts
- Help implement the technology direction, vision, and strategy to enable Cloud technology adoption
- Coordinate with outsource support team for day-to-day operations and take follow-up until closure
- Monitoring and alerting across IT infrastructure and cloud technologies
- Document and create knowledge base and training content

- Knowledge to troubleshoot basic problems on basis of alerts received or logs generated
- Knowledge on fundamentals of Networking like OSI layers, subnet, gateway, network topology
- Understanding of LAN, WAN and Wireless technologies such as Switching, routing, firewall, Proxy, etc.
- CCNA/MCSE/Cloud certification will be preferred.
