• Provide ongoing Remote Server support for Clients in North America:
• L1 Incidents Tickets/Issues , MIS Activities
• Diagnose Hardware and Software issues via Phone, E cases
• The scope is splits into 2: Phone Cases (25%) and E-Cases (75%). Phone cases skillset will require voice skills with Versant 60% +
• Recommend / Solve problems over Phone
• Order Parts and work with Field customer Engineers
• Collaboration with other cross functional groups
• Documentation
• Good communication skills
