Job Overview (Google Off Campus Drive 2021):

• Draft strategic plans and project briefs with regard to key Planning.
• To prepare time cycle charts of major activities of work
• Participates in budget preparation and administration, monitors and controls expenditures
• Evaluates operations and activities of assigned responsibilities
• Establish and communicate cost and schedule baselines and ensure control mechanisms are in place to monitor performance
• Progress / performance evaluation and reporting. Turn-around planning and scheduling and implementation / monitoring.
• Manage Project budget set-up and cost control
• Review overall project status with the Project Management team and recommend corrective action where necessary
• Liaise with all other Departments at all meetings relevant to project operations and ensure time and cost plans are updated to reflect latest information
• Project review and Daily progress report /Weekly progress report /Monthly progress report preparation
