Responsibilities:

• Triage and Resolve a variety of Support questions or issues from multiple inbound channels.
• Meet and exceed expectations on response quality, timeliness of responses and overall customer experience.
• Provide technical updates to the team.
• Write automation scripts and, depending on bandwidth, may be asked to execute feature tests.

Skills Required For Juniper Networks Jobs 2021 :

• 1+ years experience in UI and API and Python programming.
• Familiarity with JSON and RESTful APIs.
