Job Overview (IBM India Off Campus Drive 2021):

Role and Responsibilities

• Engineer will be responsible for answering to the Customer Issues assigned to them as per the SLA defined.
• Responsible for identifying the Configuration/Environment issues and rule out the possibilities.
• Responsible for supporting any critical issues during the Customer DR Drills.

Skills Required for IBM Jobs 2021 :

• Experience with concepts and basic troubleshooting knowledge in Linux, Unix and windows platform
• Knowledge in handling major incidents and communicating to customers
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Bachelor’s Degree Computer Science or another quantitative field
• Experience with backup of virtual environments (VMWare, Hyper-V, or RedHat Virtualization)
• Experience with backup of applications and database (Oracle, MSSQL, SAP HAHA, etc)Strong problem solving/decision making skills
