Job Overview (Hewlett Packard (HP) Off Campus Drive):

Project Management: This rotation will provide an opportunity to contribute towards key strategic initiatives and transparency of activity plans for Global IT. Complexity of the role is high given that this will involve enabling some new or improved concepts. All the work involved requires information to be precise and accurate. Candidate must learn quickly, work independently, influence leadership counterparts, and solve problems.

Dev Ops Engineer:  This rotation will provide an opportunity to contribute towards supporting various Global IT initiatives by developing and engineering reusable infrastructure components.  By creating higher-level services, groups will be able to provision IT services faster for solving end-user problems. Very technical role that will require developers to know how many pieces of a puzzle work together. From development to deployment the candidate will need to know/learn how to do it all.

Process Analyst: This rotation will provide an opportunity to drive implementation of data governance processes and associated metrics for Global IT. Role will be focused on analyzing projects, understanding content and driving prioritization working with business teams and communicating progress made.

Data & Reporting Analyst: This rotation will provide an opportunity for innovation and optimization while contributing to key strategic initiatives and milestones. This role will serve as an analyst, providing collaboration services to HPE employees globally. Complexity of the role is high given that this will involve about 800 applications in cloud migration and the understanding of the complexity behind is critical.

IT Test Analyst: This rotation will provide an opportunity to contribute towards key strategic initiatives within Global IT, providing collaboration services to all HPE employees globally. Role includes the ability to solicit requirements, research available technical solutions, and either implement an out-of-the-box solution or custom code a solution. Role requires a technical background, problem solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively.

Prerequisites/Qualifications

• Recent College graduate (2021 or after July 2020) looking for full time employment interested in gaining a well-rounded, multi-faceted knowledge of IT
• Open to all Majors
• Experience using PowerPoint, Excel, Word. Knowledge in Project Management and data tools, and one or more programming languages is a plus
• Experience with Data Analytics
• Also Experience using project management skills and business acumen, with strong analytical skills and ability to work with data
• Experience making presentations (both verbal and written) to key stakeholders using high quality visuals
• Highly organized and detail oriented with ability to manage to timelines effectively
• Self-starter, strong team player and ability to work cross-functionally
• Ability to quickly learn new technical tools and platforms
