Job Overview (Fission Labs Off Campus Drive 2021):

• Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources as per defined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
• Maintain the database and activity history in the CRM
• Responsible for Qualified lead generation through online (cold calling/Email/Webinars) in the US, UK, and Canada market
• Ability to plan and schedule appointments/meetings with the CXO level contacts
• Maintain relationships with Key contacts in Prospective customer organizations for new opportunities
• Focus, target and follow-up with a set of assigned account or database
• A team player, someone comfortable in a highly collaborative, team-oriented culture.
• Familiar with current market and technology trends
• Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
• Excellent time management skills

Skills Required:

• Persuasive and goal-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM experience preferred
• Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client
