Job Overview (Aspire Systems):
- Should have good understanding on emerging technologies in IT space.
• Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in
• Responsible for achieving targets based on client acquisition and revenue generation.
• Experience in Sales and Cold calling will be an added advantage.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Help onsite mentor define Named Accounts to go after.
- Buddy will understand the target market (Geo and Tech/vertical) strongly by conducting enough secondary research.
- Help onsite mentor Conduct Deep Prospecting on Named Accounts
- Help Identify Targets in named accounts
- Buddy will help onsite mentor identify potential Accounts list through coordinating with Marketing Database, LinkedIn and other secondary sources.
- Help Map Tech Landscape through secondary research.
- Help define Approach Message for each target in the NA and define reach out mix such as Cold Calls, LinkedIn reach, Emails etc.
- Carry our reach out efforts on Named Accounts where Approach has been defined.
- Carry out the Reach Out Mix as defined.
- With onsite mentors guidance and direction, communicate with responses received to
- Reach Out (email, LinkedIn, Call etc) and determine appropriate time to involve onsite mentor
- Screening of responses received through reach outs to weed out casual or negative responses.
- Share 1st level collaterals to client.
- Have 5-10-minute calls or exchange 2-3 emails with Target to ascertain seriousness of interest
- Schedule & participate in 1st Meeting for onsite mentor
- Participate with onsite mentor in 1st meeting
- Assist with gathering and sharing relevant collaterals
- Convert Target to Lead with onsite mentors Approval
- Update the CRM
- Ensure the CRM is updated daily with the activates
- Ensure 100% compliance to the sales process
